RETURN POLICY

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Products returned must be complete and in their original packaging.
Refunds and Exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking charge if units have been used, no exceptions.
Refunds do do not include the original shipping and handling charges or the $40 Coupon, no exceptions.

DEFECTIVE UNITS

CUSTOMER is responsible for shipping back DEFECTIVE units, no exceptions.
Retailer will TEST UNIT and if DEFECTIVE, a Replacement will be shipped at Retailer's expense. If unit is not DEFECTIVE, Retailer will ship original unit back at CUSTOMER's expense.
Refunds will be issued by PayPal or Company Check, seven days after receipt of merchandise and verification the product is in good selling condition.

RMA

Prior to return, customer must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
We reserve the right Not to Accept any return shipments without our RMA number.
